Mizoboutik invites anyone who has connected to its online store to carefully read the following General Conditions of Sale before placing any order.
By confirming his order, the Customer acknowledges having read these General Conditions of Sale and accepts them in their entirety. Mizoboutik may be required to modify these General Conditions of Sale, it is therefore essential that they be read before any order confirmation.
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the Mizoboutik site and for all items and services offered on the site.
Article 1 – Presentation of the Company: IDENTIFICATION OF THE SELLER

mizoboutik.com is a website published by the self-employed Margaux Carré whose head office is located in Aix-en-provence, 13100, France.
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) is to define the conditions under which the sales of products and services offered by Margaux Carré (hereinafter referred to as “THE AUTO-COMPANY ”) on mizoboutik.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”).
The trading name of the company is mizoboutik.
Article 2 – Products
2.1 – Product characteristics
Mizoboutik provides its Customers with technical and practical information on each Product sheet.
Each piece presented on the site is unique. Variations and imperfections may be present.
The Customer is required to consult the description of each product in order to learn about its characteristics, and possibly its conditions of use and maintenance.
The photographs illustrating, where applicable, the products do not constitute a contractual document.
The colors of the photos may vary significantly depending on your screen settings.
2.2 – Product prices
Prices are in euros.
Delivery in Metropolitan France and European Union:
The sale prices indicated are inclusive of VAT, VAT is not applicable.
The prices are mentioned in Euros but do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be indicated on the Website, during the purchase process, before the final validation of the order.
The price is payable in full after confirmation of the order.
The sale price of the products may be modified by the Seller at any time.
2.3 – Availability of products
The availability or unavailability of a product is clearly mentioned on the page of the product concerned. Only items listed on the mizoboutik.com site and identified as available on the day of the order can be sold to the Customer.
Article 3 – Order
3.1 – Conclusion of the contract
To place an order, the consumer, after having filled his virtual basket indicating the selected products and the desired quantities, then clicks on the “Order” button.
You will be asked to fill in your e-mail address then complete the Delivery information necessary for the correct dispatch of your order: country of dispatch, title, first name, surname, telephone and Delivery address.
Before clicking on the “Confirm order” button, the consumer has the possibility of checking the details of his order and its total price and of returning to the previous pages to correct any errors or possibly modify his order.
The order is not final until payment has been validated.
Confirmation of the order entails acceptance of the GCS and forms the contract.
An e-mail acknowledging receipt of the order and its payment is sent by the seller as soon as possible.
3.2 – Order modification
Any order modification by the consumer after confirmation of his order is subject to acceptance by the professional seller.
The professional seller reserves the right to make changes to the product ordered which are linked to technical developments under the conditions provided for in article R. 212-4 of the consumer code (former C. consom., art. R. 212-4, V).

3.3 – Payment
Payment for purchases is made by means of a credit card or via a PayPal account. In the context of payment by credit card, the cards accepted are: Visa and MasterCard.
In accordance with regulations and in order to guarantee the security and confidentiality of its Customers’ information, mizoboutik.com does not memorize bank details.
Failure to debit the amounts due will result in the immediate cancellation of the sale.
Article 4 – Retention of title
Mizoboutik retains full ownership of the products sold until full payment of the price, in principal, costs and taxes included.
On the other hand, you assume the risks (in particular of loss, theft or deterioration) concerning the Products delivered from the moment they are delivered to the address indicated when ordering.
Article 5 – Terms of Delivery
Delivery means the physical delivery of the Product to the Customer (the “Delivery”).
Products purchased on the Site can be delivered in France and in the European Union.
For reasons, in particular security, Mizoboutik will not process any order for which a hotel, a post office box or a Cedex address is provided.
The Products are shipped to the Delivery address that you indicated during the ordering process.
In the event of an error in the wording of the Customer’s contact details, Mizoboutik cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the Product(s) ordered.
The average times observed are 2 to 8 days for home delivery. Delivery times are given for information only; if these exceed thirty days from the order, the sales contract may be terminated and the user reimbursed.
Upon delivery of his package, the Customer is required to check the accuracy of his order as well as the condition of the packaging and the goods.
Article 6 – Liability
The Seller cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of the contract concluded on the occasion of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, in particular of postal services and means of transport and/or communications, flooding, ‘fire.
Article 7 – Right of Withdrawal: Guarantee and return
The Customer has a period of 14 days to inform Mizoboutik of his decision to withdraw from the day of delivery. He also has a period of 7 days to return his goods from his decision to withdraw. Is considered as reception, the reception of the parcel by the customer or by a third party, at the place indicated during the order: domicile, post office.
At the end of the period mentioned above, the right of withdrawal becomes irretrievably void.
For any return made under the right of withdrawal, Mizoboutik invites the Customer to send an email to [email protected] with:
Order number and date
Order receipt date
Item reference, color and size if needed
Customer’s name, address and email
and his intention of withdrawal by indicating the number of his order and the products concerned.
To exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must return, at his own expense, the product(s) concerned to Mizoboutik. We recommend that the customer use a “package tracking” service. In the event of a dispute, proof of shipment may be requested from the Customer.
It is understood that the products will be returned intact, clean and complete with the buyer’s information.
Article 8 – IT and Freedoms
The information collected by the Seller during any order from the Buyer is necessary for the management of his order. In accordance with the Data Protection Act n ° 78-17 of January 6, 1978, the Buyer has a right of access, rectification, opposition and deletion of data concerning him with the Seller.
Article 9 – Intellectual property
All texts, comments, works, illustrations and images reproduced on the Site are reserved under copyright as well as intellectual property and for the whole world. As such and in accordance with the provisions of the intellectual property code, only use for private use subject to different or even more restrictive provisions of the intellectual property code is authorized. Any total or partial reproduction of the Site is strictly prohibited.
Article 10 – Personal data
The processing of personal and personal information transmitted by the Customer, in particular when creating his customer account, meets the standards of Regulation No. 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The Customer has at any time a right to access, modify, rectify or delete his personal data in application of article 34 of the law “Informatique et Libertés” of January 6, 1978.
